Lightner finds private funds for seal beach patrol

San Diego Councilwoman Sherri Lightner says she has had secured private funding for a park ranger to patrol Children's Pool beach in La Jolla. The beach is home to a colony of seals at the center of a long-running controversy over how people and marine mammals can share the site.
