Union rallies planned today in San Diego

Union workers and supporters plan a Cesar Chavez Day march Tuesday from the San Diego Convention Center to the airport. The event organizer, the San Diego and Imperial Counties Labor Council, expects about 1,000 marchers supporting city services and jobs, worker rights and the federal Employee Free Choice Act pro-union legislation.
